Apply for Disaster Assistance

The fastest way to apply is through DisasterAssistance.gov. You can also apply through the FEMA mobile app or by calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362. If you use a video relay service, captioned telephone service, or other communication services, please provide FEMA the specific number assigned for that service.

If you have insurance, you should file a claim with your insurance company immediately. FEMA assistance cannot help with losses already covered by insurance. Learn more about the steps after applying for assistance.

FEMA  CLAIM BEEN DENIED?

If you believe that your application was not approved in error, or if you have additional information that could strengthen your claim, you have the right to appeal the decision or the assistance you received.

Free co-Working Space For Entrepreneurs and Remote Workers  

For those without power, the Pinellas County Urban League coworking space will be open to entrepreneurs and remote workers following Hurricane Milton, when our offices reopen. The space is located at PCUL headquarters: 333 31st St. N. in St. Petersburg. You must book a time slot to reserve your space.
